A rabbit  is caught mid-leap, its body stretched across a field of repeating pan chang knots. Its motion suggests a brief moment with a clear before and after. The rabbit has left one point and is moving toward another, while the print holds that movement in place. Around the rabbit, the knots refer to eternity, prosperity, and the cycle of life. Their continuous, interwoven form suggests a different sense of time, one that returns and repeats instead of simply moving forward. By placing the suspended rabbit within these repeating knots, Poon brings linear and cyclical time together. One is marked by movement and change, while the other suggests continuation without a clear beginning or end.
